The information posted here is intended to familiarize all residents of 200 East 16th Street with the policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors for the smooth and orderly operation of the building. The policies and procedures described here may be changed at any time without notice.

Emergency Contact Information

In case of emergency, dial 911 to reach the police, fire department or ambulance.

For non-emergencies call:

In addition to placing one of these calls, please advise the lobby attendant of the situation as soon as possible. He will notify the Superintendent, who will notify the Managing Agent.
