Please be advised that the Board of Directors has elected to open the roof to residents for the July 4th fireworks. The roof will be open between the hours of 8:30 PM and 10 PM. Please be reminded that in the interest of safety, under no circumstances will smoking, food or drinks be permitted. To All Shareholders and Residents: Please be advised that the Board has elected to replace the entryway and vestibule doors which will be more durable than the existing ones. In the interim, we will have the existing wood doors repaired until the replacement doors can be designed and manufactured. NYC Has Changed the Policy For Disposal Of Electronic Equipment

Effective January 1, 2015, the New York City Department of Sanitation has declared it illegal to place discarded electronic items on the street for collection. In order to be in compliance with the new law, your building may elect to participate in the City’s “e-cycle” program to recycle certain electronic items that are banned from disposal and no longer in use. Based on the confidential and privileged terms of this agreement, Ed will vacate the premises on or before December 31, 2014.
