To All Shareholders and Residents: Please be advised that the Board has elected to replace the entryway and vestibule doors which will be more durable than the existing ones. In the interim, we will have the existing wood doors repaired until the replacement doors can be designed and manufactured. NYC Has Changed the Policy For Disposal Of Electronic Equipment

Effective January 1, 2015, the New York City Department of Sanitation has declared it illegal to place discarded electronic items on the street for collection. In order to be in compliance with the new law, your building may elect to participate in the City’s “e-cycle” program to recycle certain electronic items that are banned from disposal and no longer in use. Until specific details are worked out and a determination is made whether there is space in your building for storing a large NYC-provided e recycle bin, we ask that you NOT discard any electronic items which include: TVs, monitors, computers, laptops, small servers, printers/scanners, tablets/e readers, mobile phones, MP3 players, VCRs/DVRs/DVD players, video game consoles, cable satellite box, fax … More >
