Board Election Results

I am pleased to inform you that the following shareholders have been elected to the Board of Directors to serve a one year term: Jeffrey Bronski, James Joyce, Ramsay Rawson, Joshua Reitzas, Avo Samuelian, and Robert Shin. In addition to the above, Neil P. Ritter will also serve as the Sponsor representative on the board.

New Lobby Art

The new piece in our lobby is from famed contemporary artist Wade Guyton, and was generously donated for display by my board colleague Avo Samuelian from his personal collection. More than 80 of this artist’s works were featured at the Whitney Museum of Modern Art earlier this year. Annual Meeting – Wednesday 10/16 at 6:30 PM

The Annual Shareholder’s Meeting will take place Wednesday, October 16th at 6:30 pm at the Friend’s Meeting House at 15 Rutherford Place. The purpose of the meeting is to elect five board members, review the annual budget and have an open discussion.

We will be serving food and wine from our own Piccolo Cafe so please come, get involved, meet new neighbors and catch up with old friends.

Piccolo Cafe 153 Third Avenue, NYC

If you’ve never attended the Annual Meeting and you wondering what happens, there is a document that will tell you everything you need to know. It can be download here.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is very important that you send your proxy ballot in advance or assign it to another shareholder or official representative. You can pick up a proxy ballot in the lobby or download it here. The proxy is, in effect, a power of attorney given to another shareholder or to any designated individual, to vote your shares at the meeting, and to be counted as present for attendance and quorum purposes. You can read more about the voting process and the importance of proxy ballots here.
